Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. He also did a couple of small stumps/large roots that were nearby while he was there. Great job, neat and tidy, and a nice guy to do business with, I can highly recommend him. After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. Paul has been reshaping and clearing my garden borders which has involved removing ivy from a wall, digging up some small trees, taming the climbing plants and clearing and turning over the soil in order to plant or relocate new shrubs.

I’m very happy to recommend Paul. He was very smooth and quick, after I phoned him initially, he came around 2 days after to have a look on the work to be carried out, and he gave me a quote on the following day. I’m very happy with the results, it was a complex task, by first clearing a jungle and landscaping, and 2nd round was surface evening and turfing. I’m amazed by the results I got for my money. No doubt I will call him again if new tasks come up.
