Tidy Gardens services and maintenance reviews

Called Pawel who was quite flexible in terms of timings. Worked to my convenience. Wanted them to tidy up a messy big hedge. Did a very neat job and delivered everything as promised. Pricing was very reasonable too. I recommend him for similar jobs.

I wish I had taken a photo of my garden before Paul and his team arrived. as it had extremely long wet grass, was very weedy with large overgrown shrubs. After Paul’s first visit, the wet grass had been cut back, shrubs pruned and weeds removed. On second visit – Grass mowed and now looking like a proper lawn again, more weeds removed, and more shrubs pruned back. Paul provides an unusual service – he knows what he’s doing! He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. My old Gardner was moving into a different aspect of maintenance so I looked for a replacement I found Paul and after reading the glowing reports contacted him. He came when he said to see the garden gave an immediate quote. He returned to start the job and we had a Wedding to go to so left them to it upon returning the following day we were extremely pleased with the work done and the garden was left clean and tidy.

We needed both the front and back garden to be made ready for a house sale. Tidy Gardens fulfilled my brief and more, adding extra tidying without being asked. Flower beds were dug over and weeded, and even pots ( with no plants) were cleaned, the AstroTurf swept, shrubs were trimmed and an obsolete tree removed. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants. Paul has been reshaping and clearing my garden borders which has involved removing ivy from a wall, digging up some small trees, taming the climbing plants and clearing and turning over the soil in order to plant or relocate new shrubs.

Tidy Gardens replaced about 10 fencing panels that had suffered in the recent storms. The new panels were of a high quality and were installed with great care and attention to detail. Paul and his staff were meticulous in tidying up afterwards, leaving the lawn spotless. My neighbour and I are delighted with our new fence and pleased that we chose Tidy Gardens to fit it for us.
