Paul, together with his equally hard working friend, replaced our pathways and borders (as seen in ‘Lets not beat about the bush’. They worked very hard and I was extremely pleased with the result. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see what would transpire throughout the different seasons with regards to the plants. Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. Paul and his colleague had their work cut out with our very overgrown garden. Turning up promptly at the time they said they would, they cracked on and very soon had cleared the ivy, brambles and nettles that had taken over. They also trimmed two mature and large hedges as well as mature shrubs and gave the patio area a very thorough weed and clean. All the waste was swept up and taken away. I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. October 2020. Excellent result! I have just had my front lawn returfed and my rear lawn aerated and top dressed by Paul and his team. Paul is always my first choice for any gardening projects and, as always, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently.
