We asked Paul at Tidy Gardens to undertake a major garden clearance – topping out overgrown trees, taking out and thinning bushes and general ground clearance.
Not only did his team do an outstanding job, but was flexible around timing, offered us great advice and even kept the neighbours happy. We could not recommend him highly enough to others who need either a major makeover like us or regular maintenance.

To my eternal shame I only ever call Paul when my garden has got completely out of control…. This time a major hair cut was required, including lopping trees, trimming shrubs and removal of saplings and rooting out ivy brambles and weeds…A large job completed over several days.- As last time I’m very pleased with the result, and I’d recommend him and his team without reservation.

Paul has been reshaping and clearing my garden borders which has involved removing ivy from a wall, digging up some small trees, taming the climbing plants and clearing and turning over the soil in order to plant or relocate new shrubs.

I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. Paul and Eddie did a fantastic job of our back garden. We had a large area of uneven ground that we needed levelling, an old concrete path to pull up and a large old decking area to remove. All done in super quick time, and a whole new paving area neatly laid. Paul and his colleague had their work cut out with our very overgrown garden. Turning up promptly at the time they said they would, they cracked on and very soon had cleared the ivy, brambles and nettles that had taken over. They also trimmed two mature and large hedges as well as mature shrubs and gave the patio area a very thorough weed and clean. All the waste was swept up and taken away.
