I would highly recommend TIdy Gardens for your gardening jobs. Paul provided a quote and carried out the work in an excellent manner. Tidy Gardens lives up to its name as there was no evidence of Paul being here apart from a super tidy garden. Our garden waste had to be carried through the house and there wasn’t a leaf or a speck of soil around when I got home. Also Paul didn’t just do what he quoted for. He went the extra mile. I just wanted to recommend Paul as a gardener. I met him for the first time this week , I wanted a local gardener. He is so polite , pleasant and happy to please. July 2018 – Paul and his team came for just one day to do a major overhaul in our large and very overgrown garden to prepare it for rental. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants. I wish I had taken a photo of my garden before Paul and his team arrived. as it had extremely long wet grass, was very weedy with large overgrown shrubs. After Paul’s first visit, the wet grass had been cut back, shrubs pruned and weeds removed. Paul and team did a great job in tidying the garden at our new house – cleared overgrown borders, removed ivy and vine from fences etc – we can now see the wood for the trees so to speak! They removed all waste and left garden looking a great deal better. Most companies didn’t even bother to reply to inquiries, Tidy Gardens was the only one who could do the work in a reasonable timescale. Will definitely use again.
