I was the estate manager for a well-known spa hotel with extensive grounds, and can honestly say that I wish I had access to the Tidy Gardens team back then. Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). My garden has resemble a wasteland for several years. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants. Paul provides an unusual service – he knows what he’s doing! He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. Paul and team did a great job in tidying the garden at our new house – cleared overgrown borders, removed ivy and vine from fences etc – we can now see the wood for the trees so to speak! They removed all waste and left garden looking a great deal better. Most companies didn’t even bother to reply to inquiries, Tidy Gardens was the only one who could do the work in a reasonable timescale. Will definitely use again.

September 2021. Excellent, professional work! Paul trimmed a hedge (over 60 meters long and about 4m high). It was a big job as it had not been cut back for 2 years due to Covid. He was the most responsive person when I submitted a request for a quote. It was a quick turnaround . He was professional, worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him.

April 2020 What a transformation! We recently moved into a property where the hedges had been neglected for years, and were massively overgrown. Paul and his colleague cut the hedges right back and shaped them nicely. Removed bramble that had become embedded in the hedges, and ivy that had taken over the garden. We needed both the front and back garden to be made ready for a house sale. Tidy Gardens fulfilled my brief and more, adding extra tidying without being asked. Flower beds were dug over and weeded, and even pots ( with no plants) were cleaned, the AstroTurf swept, shrubs were trimmed and an obsolete tree removed. We couldn’t have asked for a better job and in the rain too. Both gardens look fantastic. Highly, highly recommended.

October 2020. Excellent result! I have just had my front lawn returfed and my rear lawn aerated and top dressed by Paul and his team. Paul is always my first choice for any gardening projects and, as always, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. They work through all weather conditions and make sure everything is tidy before they leave. I highly recommend them.

I discovered Paul only through his website and the many wonderful testimonials he has. Paul and his colleague came by to our house for a full garden clearance. We have a very large garden (front and back), and they worked tirelessly for over 5 hours. The garden is now beautiful, clean and tidy! Paul also seems to have extensive knowledge about plants, which is great! We have now booked Paul for our regular garden maintenance as well 🙂

I just wanted to recommend Paul as a gardener. I met him for the first time this week , I wanted a local gardener. He is so polite , pleasant and happy to please.
