We asked Paul at Tidy Gardens to undertake a major garden clearance – topping out overgrown trees, taking out and thinning bushes and general ground clearance.
Not only did his team do an outstanding job, but was flexible around timing, offered us great advice and even kept the neighbours happy. We could not recommend him highly enough to others who need either a major makeover like us or regular maintenance.

Phoned Paul to quote for cutting a large conifer hedge in my daughters garden, he arrived on time and quoted a very fair price so we agreed a day to do the work. On the day he was prompt and set to work straight away and didn’t really stop for about 4 hours!! Everything was cleared away and he even used a blower on the lawn to remove the last pieces! Excellent bloke and would certainly use him again. Highly recommended.

Very efficient and tidy work at a good price. Paul and his colleague attended within the time stated to fell a tree that was beginning to interfere with my nieighbours house. They even grounded out the stump so the ground was levelled off. All arisings were cleared away to leave the garden clean and tidy. Job was done so quickly and well that they also picked up some work from my neighbour too.

Called Pawel who was quite flexible in terms of timings. Worked to my convenience. Wanted them to tidy up a messy big hedge. Did a very neat job and delivered everything as promised. Pricing was very reasonable too. I recommend him for similar jobs.

I wish I had taken a photo of my garden before Paul and his team arrived. as it had extremely long wet grass, was very weedy with large overgrown shrubs. After Paul’s first visit, the wet grass had been cut back, shrubs pruned and weeds removed. On second visit – Grass mowed and now looking like a proper lawn again, more weeds removed, and more shrubs pruned back. I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. My old Gardner was moving into a different aspect of maintenance so I looked for a replacement I found Paul and after reading the glowing reports contacted him. He came when he said to see the garden gave an immediate quote.
