Tidy Gardens services and maintenance reviews

Paul and his colleague had their work cut out with our very overgrown garden. Turning up promptly at the time they said they would, they cracked on and very soon had cleared the ivy, brambles and nettles that had taken over. They also trimmed two mature and large hedges as well as mature shrubs and gave the patio area a very thorough weed and clean. All the waste was swept up and taken away. I could not have asked for any more from them – Thank you both very much.

Paul and Eddie did a fantastic job of our back garden. We had a large area of uneven ground that we needed levelling, an old concrete path to pull up and a large old decking area to remove. All done in super quick time, and a whole new paving area neatly laid. My garden has resemble a wasteland for several years. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants. Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. Paul and Eddie spent a day clearing our very overgrown garden. They worked really hard for a good price and now I can see our flower beds again and can start planting them with proper plants rather than watch brambles and ivy take over the space. They also left the garden really tidy, which I appreciated. Have already asked Paul to quote for another job.

Paul and team did a great job in tidying the garden at our new house – cleared overgrown borders, removed ivy and vine from fences etc – we can now see the wood for the trees so to speak! They removed all waste and left garden looking a great deal better. Most companies didn’t even bother to reply to inquiries, Tidy Gardens was the only one who could do the work in a reasonable timescale. Will definitely use again.

We needed both the front and back garden to be made ready for a house sale. Tidy Gardens fulfilled my brief and more, adding extra tidying without being asked. Flower beds were dug over and weeded, and even pots ( with no plants) were cleaned, the AstroTurf swept, shrubs were trimmed and an obsolete tree removed. We couldn’t have asked for a better job and in the rain too. Both gardens look fantastic. Highly, highly recommended.

Paul and Eddie were back to trim our tree, grub out old buddleia and rampant ivy – all quickly and more importantly, professionally. Unlike previous firms we have used, every scrap was removed afterwards. Tidy Gardens have been our go to firm for years, and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. They’re the best.

Paul recently re-landscaped my front lawn. He removed so serious hard to get tree stumps, levelled out the ground, relaid the lawn and finished off by doing some pave edgings for some rose bushes. The quality of his work was really good and he even started the work on the Easter Monday Bank Holiday. I have already recommended him to my brother and will do the same to those who ask who did the work. Excellent work by a polite and friendly chap.

Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job).
