Tidy Gardens services and maintenance reviews

Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). The garden is looking like I never seen it before. The house is ready to go on the market! Thank you Paul!

Landscaping. New sandstone patio and pathways laid.

Paul and Eddie did a fantastic job of our back garden. We had a large area of uneven ground that we needed levelling, an old concrete path to pull up and a large old decking area to remove. All done in super quick time, and a whole new paving area neatly laid. We have no access to the back, so they brought everything through the garage and kitchen every day – it was all left neat and tidy every day. Paul has been reshaping and clearing my garden borders which has involved removing ivy from a wall, digging up some small trees, taming the climbing plants and clearing and turning over the soil in order to plant or relocate new shrubs.

Paul and Eddie were back to trim our tree, grub out old buddleia and rampant ivy – all quickly and more importantly, professionally. Unlike previous firms we have used, every scrap was removed afterwards. Tidy Gardens have been our go to firm for years, and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. They’re the best.

I just wanted to recommend Paul as a gardener. I met him for the first time this week , I wanted a local gardener. He is so polite , pleasant and happy to please. September 2021. Excellent, professional work! Paul trimmed a hedge (over 60 meters long and about 4m high). It was a big job as it had not been cut back for 2 years due to Covid. He was the most responsive person when I submitted a request for a quote. It was a quick turnaround . He was professional, worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job. October 2020. Excellent result! I have just had my front lawn returfed and my rear lawn aerated and top dressed by Paul and his team. Paul is always my first choice for any gardening projects and, as always, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. Paul and his colleague had their work cut out with our very overgrown garden. Turning up promptly at the time they said they would, they cracked on and very soon had cleared the ivy, brambles and nettles that had taken over. They also trimmed two mature and large hedges as well as mature shrubs and gave the patio area a very thorough weed and clean. All the waste was swept up and taken away.
