Tidy Gardens services and maintenance reviews

To my eternal shame I only ever call Paul when my garden has got completely out of control…. This time a major hair cut was required, including lopping trees, trimming shrubs and removal of saplings and rooting out ivy brambles and weeds…A large job completed over several days.- As last time I’m very pleased with the result, and I’d recommend him and his team without reservation.

Paul, together with his equally hard working friend, replaced our pathways and borders (as seen in ‘Lets not beat about the bush’. They worked very hard and I was extremely pleased with the result. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see what would transpire throughout the different seasons with regards to the plants. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. They turned up on time, laid sheets everywhere to prevent a mess through the house, and worked non-stop. Will use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbours. Absolutely brilliant. August 2019 Pawel laid a new lawn and completely transformed a barren landscape.also cleared and tidied up old shrubs. A very efficient service, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Paul provides an unusual service – he knows what he’s doing! He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. Added to that knowledge Paul and Radek provided a good service and created a very tidy garden in a few hours. Recommended.

My garden had become quite overgrown and I was looking for a gardening team who have all the powertools, and can take the waste away, and who also know their plants. Paul and team were the only ones I found who could do this and they did a wonderful job.
My paths have been cleaned, stumps ground, borders cleared of weeds and ivy and everything has been pruned.
Paul had some excellent ideas for other things we could do to improve the garden which I am sure I will take him up on very soon.

Very efficient and tidy work at a good price. Paul and his colleague attended within the time stated to fell a tree that was beginning to interfere with my nieighbours house. They even grounded out the stump so the ground was levelled off. All arisings were cleared away to leave the garden clean and tidy. Job was done so quickly and well that they also picked up some work from my neighbour too.

My old Gardner was moving into a different aspect of maintenance so I looked for a replacement I found Paul and after reading the glowing reports contacted him. He came when he said to see the garden gave an immediate quote. He returned to start the job and we had a Wedding to go to so left them to it upon returning the following day we were extremely pleased with the work done and the garden was left clean and tidy.

Tidy Gardens replaced about 10 fencing panels that had suffered in the recent storms. The new panels were of a high quality and were installed with great care and attention to detail. Paul and his staff were meticulous in tidying up afterwards, leaving the lawn spotless. My neighbour and I are delighted with our new fence and pleased that we chose Tidy Gardens to fit it for us.

After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. I had an overgrown garden where trees had merged into one. I couldn’t see where one plant started and the next one ended!

My garden has resemble a wasteland for several years. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants.
