I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. I’m very happy to recommend Paul. He was very smooth and quick, after I phoned him initially, he came around 2 days after to have a look on the work to be carried out, and he gave me a quote on the following day. I’m very happy with the results, it was a complex task, by first clearing a jungle and landscaping, and 2nd round was surface evening and turfing. I’m amazed by the results I got for my money. No doubt I will call him again if new tasks come up.
