Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). Paul did a very good job clearing an overgrown garden for my father. He worked around all the plants and shrubs so they could grow again and also ground some tree stumps to free up new space.

I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. Paul carried out removal of the existing lawn and re-laying new. He and his colleague turned up on time, carried out the work as agreed. I wish I had taken a photo of my garden before Paul and his team arrived. as it had extremely long wet grass, was very weedy with large overgrown shrubs. After Paul’s first visit, the wet grass had been cut back, shrubs pruned and weeds removed. On second visit – Grass mowed and now looking like a proper lawn again, more weeds removed, and more shrubs pruned back. My garden has resemble a wasteland for several years. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants.
