Paul carried out some work on my property today. It was a relatively small job (extending a path using paving stones) which took him and his colleague about a day to complete. I just wanted to recommend Paul as a gardener. I met him for the first time this week , I wanted a local gardener. He is so polite , pleasant and happy to please. Paul recently re-landscaped my front lawn. He removed so serious hard to get tree stumps, levelled out the ground, relaid the lawn and finished off by doing some pave edgings for some rose bushes. The quality of his work was really good and he even started the work on the Easter Monday Bank Holiday. I have already recommended him to my brother and will do the same to those who ask who did the work. Excellent work by a polite and friendly chap.

Paul and Eddie were back to trim our tree, grub out old buddleia and rampant ivy – all quickly and more importantly, professionally. Unlike previous firms we have used, every scrap was removed afterwards. Tidy Gardens have been our go to firm for years, and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. They’re the best.

November 2021, Garden maintenance and clearance. Very pleased with the work that Paul and his colleague carried out for us. Ivy, plants, brambles in an overgrown section of our garden were all cleared as requested. Very thorough job and everything was bagged up and taken away. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. Hard working, friendly and a great job! I’d spent some time trying to get quotes for the removal of a huge blackberry bush and some work on an out of control honeysuckle bush but Pawel was the quickest to reply with a time to come and view and a very reasonable quote. The job was organised very quickly too and in a few hours the huge amount of work was completed. Would really recommend.

He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. Paul and Eddie spent a day clearing our very overgrown garden. They worked really hard for a good price and now I can see our flower beds again and can start planting them with proper plants rather than watch brambles and ivy take over the space. Paul, together with his equally hard working friend, replaced our pathways and borders (as seen in ‘Lets not beat about the bush’. They worked very hard and I was extremely pleased with the result. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see what would transpire throughout the different seasons with regards to the plants.
