My garden has resemble a wasteland for several years. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants. We asked Paul at Tidy Gardens to undertake a major garden clearance – topping out overgrown trees, taking out and thinning bushes and general ground clearance.
Not only did his team do an outstanding job, but was flexible around timing, offered us great advice and even kept the neighbours happy. We could not recommend him highly enough to others who need either a major makeover like us or regular maintenance.

I just wanted to recommend Paul as a gardener. I met him for the first time this week , I wanted a local gardener. He is so polite , pleasant and happy to please. Paul did a very good job clearing an overgrown garden for my father. He worked around all the plants and shrubs so they could grow again and also ground some tree stumps to free up new space.
Most recently, he planted a new hedge – he came up with lots of ideas and then sorted out what we wanted. I’d thoroughly recommend him. Judith

After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. Good to find Paul, who understood our requirement and completed to good standard. Now I need new plantation and design for my garden, which I am quite confident that Paul can deliver… Thanks

Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. We were very happy with his advice and the end result, and the great way they cleared everything up afterwards leaving the garden very neat and tidy. Paul, together with his equally hard working friend, replaced our pathways and borders (as seen in ‘Lets not beat about the bush’. They worked very hard and I was extremely pleased with the result. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see what would transpire throughout the different seasons with regards to the plants. My old Gardner was moving into a different aspect of maintenance so I looked for a replacement I found Paul and after reading the glowing reports contacted him. He came when he said to see the garden gave an immediate quote. He returned to start the job and we had a Wedding to go to so left them to it upon returning the following day we were extremely pleased with the work done and the garden was left clean and tidy.
