Paul and his colleague came to my father’s garden to carry out a big tidy up. They are very hardworking and did a great job cutting back a very overgrown hedge, tidying borders, mowing and clearing away all the waste afterwards. Also great communication, emails and text answered promptly too

I discovered Paul only through his website and the many wonderful testimonials he has. Paul and his colleague came by to our house for a full garden clearance. We have a very large garden (front and back), and they worked tirelessly for over 5 hours. The garden is now beautiful, clean and tidy! I wish I had taken a photo of my garden before Paul and his team arrived. as it had extremely long wet grass, was very weedy with large overgrown shrubs. After Paul’s first visit, the wet grass had been cut back, shrubs pruned and weeds removed. After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. Paul and Eddie were back to trim our tree, grub out old buddleia and rampant ivy – all quickly and more importantly, professionally. Unlike previous firms we have used, every scrap was removed afterwards. Tidy Gardens have been our go to firm for years, and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. They’re the best.

I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. Paul provides an unusual service – he knows what he’s doing! He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job).
