Paul did a very good job clearing an overgrown garden for my father. He worked around all the plants and shrubs so they could grow again and also ground some tree stumps to free up new space.
Most recently, he planted a new hedge – he came up with lots of ideas and then sorted out what we wanted. I’d thoroughly recommend him. Judith

Paul came very promptly to quote for chopping our enormous budliea. His quote was very reasonable and he returned next day to carry out the work. Very professional, gave sound advice about other plants in the garden, did a great job and took all rubbish away. Also cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. I would highly recommend TIdy Gardens for your gardening jobs. Paul provided a quote and carried out the work in an excellent manner. Tidy Gardens lives up to its name as there was no evidence of Paul being here apart from a super tidy garden. After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. My garden has resemble a wasteland for several years. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants. October 2020. Excellent result! I have just had my front lawn returfed and my rear lawn aerated and top dressed by Paul and his team. Paul is always my first choice for any gardening projects and, as always, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. They work through all weather conditions and make sure everything is tidy before they leave. I highly recommend them.

Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. We were very happy with his advice and the end result, and the great way they cleared everything up afterwards leaving the garden very neat and tidy. Paul and Eddie spent a day clearing our very overgrown garden. They worked really hard for a good price and now I can see our flower beds again and can start planting them with proper plants rather than watch brambles and ivy take over the space. They also left the garden really tidy, which I appreciated. Have already asked Paul to quote for another job.
