Garden Clearance
I live in a terrace house and rubbish had to brought through the property but Paul carefully laid down protective sheets) and left everything tidy. He is hardworking and helpful and I would recommend him.
Paul and his colleague had their work cut out with our very overgrown garden. Turning up promptly at the time they said they would, they cracked on and very soon had cleared the ivy, brambles and nettles that had taken over. They also trimmed two mature and large hedges as well as mature shrubs and gave the patio area a very thorough weed and clean. All the waste was swept up and taken away. I could not have asked for any more from them – Thank you both very much.
My garden had become quite overgrown and I was looking for a gardening team who have all the powertools, and can take the waste away, and who also know their plants. Paul and team were the only ones I found who could do this and they did a wonderful job.My paths have been cleaned, stumps ground, borders cleared of weeds and ivy and everything has been pruned.
Paul had some excellent ideas for other things we could do to improve the garden which I am sure I will take him up on very soon.
May 2022, Paul and the team are steadily improving the whole garden of over 0.5acres. We communicate well on what he thinks and what we want so he builds trust quickly. The team are not the cheapest but they do work harder than other gardeners so there’s overall good value.
The Tidy Gardens/DGL team did a first class landscaping job for us. After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. Good to find Paul, who understood our requirement and completed to good standard. Now I need new plantation and design for my garden, which I am quite confident that Paul can deliver… Thanks

April 2023 Whitchurch on Thames Paul and his team were brilliant at clearing my very overgrown garden and preparing it for spring. They worked extremely hard and I’m thrilled with the results. I’m delighted that they will be maintaining my garden throughout the summer and beyond.

Phoned Paul to quote for cutting a large conifer hedge in my daughters garden, he arrived on time and quoted a very fair price so we agreed a day to do the work. On the day he was prompt and set to work straight away and didn’t really stop for about 4 hours!! Everything was cleared away and he even used a blower on the lawn to remove the last pieces! Excellent bloke and would certainly use him again. Highly recommended.
My garden has resemble a wasteland for several years. Paul and Eddie started work on it early on Monday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had transformed it into a lawn, neatly edged with brick paving, with a flower bed at the rear ready for new plants. We moved recently and the small garden was very overgrown. However, with the help of Paul and Eddie we now have a completely renovated garden with new patio areas, lawn and flower beds. We are so pleased with the result. Paul and Eddie worked tirelessly and were extremely professional. Paul is quite knowledgeable about plants and garden design and they both took great pride in their work. We would definitely recommend them.

Paul did a very good job clearing an overgrown garden for my father. He worked around all the plants and shrubs so they could grow again and also ground some tree stumps to free up new space.
Most recently, he planted a new hedge – he came up with lots of ideas and then sorted out what we wanted. I’d thoroughly recommend him. Judith
Paul provides an unusual service – he knows what he’s doing! He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. Added to that knowledge Paul and Radek provided a good service and created a very tidy garden in a few hours. Recommended.

Paul has been reshaping and clearing my garden borders which has involved removing ivy from a wall, digging up some small trees, taming the climbing plants and clearing and turning over the soil in order to plant or relocate new shrubs.
I can now see the small garden path which had been covered in weeds for years! The shrubs now have a chance to thrive and survive the winter. Throughout, he has been industrious and thorough in tackling each of the problem areas. He is also knowledgeable…
My old Gardner was moving into a different aspect of maintenance so I looked for a replacement I found Paul and after reading the glowing reports contacted him. He came when he said to see the garden gave an immediate quote. He returned to start the job and we had a Wedding to go to so left them to it upon returning the following day we were extremely pleased with the work done and the garden was left clean and tidy.
