Gate repair – December 2018

May 2022, Paul and the team are steadily improving the whole garden of over 0.5acres. We communicate well on what he thinks and what we want so he builds trust quickly. The team are not the cheapest but they do work harder than other gardeners so there’s overall good value.
We asked Paul at Tidy Gardens to undertake a major garden clearance – topping out overgrown trees, taking out and thinning bushes and general ground clearance.
Not only did his team do an outstanding job, but was flexible around timing, offered us great advice and even kept the neighbours happy. We could not recommend him highly enough to others who need either a major makeover like us or regular maintenance.

Paul & team did a great job doing a new tenancy clean up (thorough clean, carpet/curtain wash & garden tidy) for a house we’re letting out in quick time & at a good price. Paul also did a tidy up of our own garden in no time at all. Now we’ve found someone local who’s pleasant,polite, professional & reliable, we won’t be going elsewhere!
Paul came around quickly as promised to give us a quote and provided exactly what we wanted at a great price. Fast, friendly, professional service and tidied up everything very well. Requested a garden tidy last week. Paul and his team arrived on time yesterday and within a day had transformed an overgrown garden to something presentable. Would highly recommend
Tidy Gardens replaced about 10 fencing panels that had suffered in the recent storms. The new panels were of a high quality and were installed with great care and attention to detail. Paul and his staff were meticulous in tidying up afterwards, leaving the lawn spotless. My neighbour and I are delighted with our new fence and pleased that we chose Tidy Gardens to fit it for us.
My garden was in need of a lot of TLC. I contacted Paul who arrived straight away and gave me a quote. He arrived at the weekend in the rain and did a fantastic job of clearing weeds, cutting down dead trees, pruning roses, cutting back ivy and much more. He completed the job, even e-mailed me with ideas of what to plant in the space I now had. I would definitely recommend Paul. Thank you very much.
Paul came very promptly to quote for chopping our enormous budliea. His quote was very reasonable and he returned next day to carry out the work. Very professional, gave sound advice about other plants in the garden, did a great job and took all rubbish away. Also cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. They turned up on time, laid sheets everywhere to prevent a mess through the house, and worked non-stop. Will use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbours. Absolutely brilliant. I live in a terrace house and rubbish had to brought through the property but Paul carefully laid down protective sheets) and left everything tidy. He is hardworking and helpful and I would recommend him.

Paul has done several large jobs for us in the garden over the last year – getting trees out, creating beds, reducing boundary tree height, fence building – and he has always provided an excellent service. He has proved to be a reliable and hard worker, and has always given us very fair prices. He’s a nice chap too 🙂
July 2020 Super happy! Tidy gardens did a really thorough job at sorting out our very overgrown and scruffy front garden. Paul is knowledgable and has a great work ethic. Couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be using again.
Hard working, friendly and a great job! I’d spent some time trying to get quotes for the removal of a huge blackberry bush and some work on an out of control honeysuckle bush but Pawel was the quickest to reply with a time to come and view and a very reasonable quote. The job was organised very quickly too and in a few hours the huge amount of work was completed. Would really recommend.
