Tidy Gardens services and maintenance reviews

My old Gardner was moving into a different aspect of maintenance so I looked for a replacement I found Paul and after reading the glowing reports contacted him. He came when he said to see the garden gave an immediate quote. He returned to start the job and we had a Wedding to go to so left them to it upon returning the following day we were extremely pleased with the work done and the garden was left clean and tidy.

Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). The garden is looking like I never seen it before. The house is ready to go on the market! Thank you Paul!

Paul and Eddie did a fantastic job of our back garden. We had a large area of uneven ground that we needed levelling, an old concrete path to pull up and a large old decking area to remove. All done in super quick time, and a whole new paving area neatly laid. We have no access to the back, so they brought everything through the garage and kitchen every day – it was all left neat and tidy every day. Paul carried out some work on my property today. It was a relatively small job (extending a path using paving stones) which took him and his colleague about a day to complete. He and his colleague turned up on time and then proceeded to carry out the work as agreed. He arrived at the weekend in the rain and did a fantastic job of clearing weeds, cutting down dead trees, pruning roses, cutting back ivy and much more. Hard working, friendly and a great job! I’d spent some time trying to get quotes for the removal of a huge blackberry bush and some work on an out of control honeysuckle bush but Pawel was the quickest to reply with a time to come and view and a very reasonable quote. The job was organised very quickly too and in a few hours the huge amount of work was completed. Would really recommend.

Paul provides an unusual service – he knows what he’s doing! He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. Added to that knowledge Paul and Radek provided a good service and created a very tidy garden in a few hours. Recommended.

Phoned Paul to quote for cutting a large conifer hedge in my daughters garden, he arrived on time and quoted a very fair price so we agreed a day to do the work. On the day he was prompt and set to work straight away and didn’t really stop for about 4 hours!! Everything was cleared away and he even used a blower on the lawn to remove the last pieces! Excellent bloke and would certainly use him again. Highly recommended.

Paul, together with his equally hard working friend, replaced our pathways and borders (as seen in ‘Lets not beat about the bush’. They worked very hard and I was extremely pleased with the result. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see what would transpire throughout the different seasons with regards to the plants. After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. Paul recently re-landscaped my front lawn. He removed so serious hard to get tree stumps, levelled out the ground, relaid the lawn and finished off by doing some pave edgings for some rose bushes. The quality of his work was really good and he even started the work on the Easter Monday Bank Holiday. I have already recommended him to my brother and will do the same to those who ask who did the work. Excellent work by a polite and friendly chap.
