Thanks to Tidy Gardens for the excellent job Paul did on our garden. We moved into a new house in September & the garden was a complete jungle, Paul came & cleared everything out, cut down trees, bushes and cleared the mess. Hard work and expertise
My garden had become quite overgrown and I was looking for a gardening team who have all the powertools, and can take the waste away, and who also know their plants. Paul and team were the only ones I found who could do this and they did a wonderful job.My paths have been cleaned, stumps ground, borders cleared of weeds and ivy and everything has been pruned.
Paul had some excellent ideas for other things we could do to improve the garden which I am sure I will take him up on very soon.
Excellent garden service
Paul has done several large jobs for us in the garden over the last year – getting trees out, creating beds, reducing boundary tree height, fence building – and he has always provided an excellent service. He has proved to be a reliable and hard worker, and has always given us very fair prices. He’s a nice chap too 🙂
Gardening in Tilehurst
Paul and Eddie were back to trim our tree, grub out old buddleia and rampant ivy – all quickly and more importantly, professionally. Unlike previous firms we have used, every scrap was removed afterwards. Tidy Gardens have been our go to firm for years, and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. They’re the best.
Unusual garden service
Paul provides an unusual service – he knows what he’s doing! He can identify and name most plants, especially the difference between weeds and perennials unlike several of his competitors in the area. Added to that knowledge Paul and Radek provided a good service and created a very tidy garden in a few hours. Recommended.
October 2018. Taming the jungle!I had an overgrown garden where trees had merged into one. I couldn’t see where one plant started and the next one ended!
We needed help and Paul was on hand to help! We arranged a visit within a few days and fortunately Paul could fit us in just a few days after that. Paul and his colleague had their work cut out with our very overgrown garden. Turning up promptly at the time they said they would, they cracked on and very soon had cleared the ivy, brambles and nettles that had taken over. They also trimmed two mature and large hedges as well as mature shrubs and gave the patio area a very thorough weed and clean. All the waste was swept up and taken away. I could not have asked for any more from them – Thank you both very much.
Great service and good prices
Paul and team did a great job in tidying the garden at our new house – cleared overgrown borders, removed ivy and vine from fences etc – we can now see the wood for the trees so to speak! They removed all waste and left garden looking a great deal better. Most companies didn’t even bother to reply to inquiries, Tidy Gardens was the only one who could do the work in a reasonable timescale. Will definitely use again.

Fencing work in Woodley. May 2014
Paul and his team recently replaced the fencing in both my own and a couple of neighbouring gardens. the work was carried out efficiently with attention to detail and at a competitive price. They ensured that the entire garden was tidy before finishing. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Mrs. L. Shinfield, September 2013Paul has been reshaping and clearing my garden borders which has involved removing ivy from a wall, digging up some small trees, taming the climbing plants and clearing and turning over the soil in order to plant or relocate new shrubs.
I can now see the small garden path which had been covered in weeds for years! The shrubs now have a chance to thrive and survive the winter. Throughout, he has been industrious and thorough in tackling each of the problem areas. He is also knowledgeable…

October 2019 We asked Paul of Tidy Gardens to carry our some lawn levelling and turfing work following construction of a new patio. All work was carried out in a professional but friendly manner and to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend the team to other clients.

Paul carried out removal of the existing lawn and re-laying new. He and his colleague turned up on time, carried out the work as agreed. The quality of work and materials was excellent and he kept me informed as to what he was doing, ensuring the work was being done to my satisfaction. After each day and upon completion he tidied up and left the premises clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend his company.
