Despite dreadful weather, Paul arrived punctually and worked tirelessly carrying out excellent work. He left the area perfectly clean and ‘tidy’. I was most impressed and now that my huge hedge has been brought under control I will be hiring Tidy Gardens on a regular basis.
This review relates to our hedge maintenance service service.
To my eternal shame I only ever call Paul when my garden has got completely out of control.... This time a major hair cut was required, including lopping trees, trimming shrubs and removal of saplings and rooting out ivy brambles and weeds...A large job completed over several days.- As last time I'm very pleased with the result, and I'd recommend him and his team without reservation.Read more
Paul and his colleague did a wonderful job clearing my jungle and making it look like a garden again!
They worked in the freezing cold to make this transformation and I am amazed at what they achieved. So, so grateful, and not a sign that they had needed to take all the cuttings through the house. A really fantastic job.Read more
I had an overgrown garden where trees had merged into one. I couldn’t see where one plant started and the next one ended!
We needed help and Paul was on hand to help! We arranged a visit within a few days and fortunately Paul could fit us in just a few days after that. The end product is a thinned out space where we can now plant some small shrubs. Paul gave me some ideas about what we could plant. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further - they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn't realised I would need removing. They turned up on time, laid sheets everywhere to prevent a mess through the house, and worked non-stop. Will use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbours. Absolutely brilliant. Paul has done several large jobs for us in the garden over the last year - getting trees out, creating beds, reducing boundary tree height, fence building - and he has always provided an excellent service. Paul carried out removal of the existing lawn and re-laying new. He and his colleague turned up on time, carried out the work as agreed. The quality of work and materials was excellent and he kept me informed as to what he was doing, ensuring the work was being done to my satisfaction. Paul carried out some work on my property today. It was a relatively small job (extending a path using paving stones) which took him and his colleague about a day to complete. I wish I had taken a photo of my garden before Paul and his team arrived. as it had extremely long wet grass, was very weedy with large overgrown shrubs. After Paul’s first visit, the wet grass had been cut back, shrubs pruned and weeds removed.
