October 2019 We asked Paul of Tidy Gardens to carry our some lawn levelling and turfing work following construction of a new patio. I had an overgrown garden where trees had merged into one. I couldn’t see where one plant started and the next one ended!

They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. Paul and his colleague had their work cut out with our very overgrown garden. Turning up promptly at the time they said they would, they cracked on and very soon had cleared the ivy, brambles and nettles that had taken over. They also trimmed two mature and large hedges as well as mature shrubs and gave the patio area a very thorough weed and clean. All the waste was swept up and taken away. I could not have asked for any more from them – Thank you both very much.

Paul and team did a great job in tidying the garden at our new house – cleared overgrown borders, removed ivy and vine from fences etc – we can now see the wood for the trees so to speak! They removed all waste and left garden looking a great deal better. Most companies didn’t even bother to reply to inquiries, Tidy Gardens was the only one who could do the work in a reasonable timescale. Will definitely use again.

I’m very happy to recommend Paul. He was very smooth and quick, after I phoned him initially, he came around 2 days after to have a look on the work to be carried out, and he gave me a quote on the following day. I’m very happy with the results, it was a complex task, by first clearing a jungle and landscaping, and 2nd round was surface evening and turfing. I’m amazed by the results I got for my money. No doubt I will call him again if new tasks come up.

Paul has done several large jobs for us in the garden over the last year – getting trees out, creating beds, reducing boundary tree height, fence building – and he has always provided an excellent service. I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more.
