Garden tidy up for a tenant
When it’s time to leave a rented property and hand it back over to the estate agency, usually the tenant is obliged to leave garden in good condition. This certainly was not a good condition so we had been asked to tidy it up.

Tree we have done recently had lots of water sprouts ( suckers ) that haven’t been removed after someone else before did what it seemed to me like a major reduction ..
It had some rubbing, crossing branches and some dead ones..

Decision was to remove suckers, crossing / rubbing branches and some dead ones. No reduction this year as this would have been too much in my opinion.

He arrived at the weekend in the rain and did a fantastic job of clearing weeds, cutting down dead trees, pruning roses, cutting back ivy and much more. Tree fell and stump removed
Very efficient and tidy work at a good price. Paul and his colleague attended within the time stated to fell a tree that was beginning to interfere with my nieighbours house. They even grounded out the stump so the ground was levelled off. All arisings were cleared away to leave the garden clean and tidy. Job was done so quickly and well that they also picked up some work from my neighbour too.

July 2018. One day major overhaul
July 2018 – Paul and his team came for just one day to do a major overhaul in our large and very overgrown garden to prepare it for rental. After moving to a house that we bought recently, we did not realise initially how much work was needed in both front and the back garden. The border were full with spiky bushes and brambles, that were about 2 meter wide. Nothing could have been done till this was removed and reshaped. Paul and team did a great job in tidying the garden at our new house – cleared overgrown borders, removed ivy and vine from fences etc – we can now see the wood for the trees so to speak! They removed all waste and left garden looking a great deal better. Most companies didn’t even bother to reply to inquiries, Tidy Gardens was the only one who could do the work in a reasonable timescale. Will definitely use again.

My old Gardner was moving into a different aspect of maintenance so I looked for a replacement I found Paul and after reading the glowing reports contacted him. He came when he said to see the garden gave an immediate quote. He returned to start the job and we had a Wedding to go to so left them to it upon returning the following day we were extremely pleased with the work done and the garden was left clean and tidy.
