Paul came around quickly as promised to give us a quote and provided exactly what we wanted at a great price. Fast, friendly, professional service and tidied up everything very well. I just wanted to recommend Paul as a gardener. I met him for the first time this week , I wanted a local gardener. He is so polite , pleasant and happy to please. Paul carried out removal of the existing lawn and re-laying new. He and his colleague turned up on time, carried out the work as agreed. The quality of work and materials was excellent and he kept me informed as to what he was doing, ensuring the work was being done to my satisfaction. After each day and upon completion he tidied up and left the premises clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend his company.

Paul came to give us a quote to clear and tidy up our garden. I could see that even through our messy garden, he could name the plants (invaded by the weeds!)
, but he could also tell us about various weeds, and what needed to be done (other gardeners did not have that approach unfortunately – showing your knowledge is key and this is the reason he got the job). I had a large tree stump in a really inaccessible raised area, full of other overgrown shrubs/brambles/general jungle. Paul agreed to do the work on a Saturday to suit my calendar, and worked like a Trojan for a number of hours until the stump was no more. Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. We needed both the front and back garden to be made ready for a house sale. Tidy Gardens fulfilled my brief and more, adding extra tidying without being asked. Flower beds were dug over and weeded, and even pots ( with no plants) were cleaned, the AstroTurf swept, shrubs were trimmed and an obsolete tree removed. I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits. The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing. I wish I had taken a photo of my garden before Paul and his team arrived. as it had extremely long wet grass, was very weedy with large overgrown shrubs. After Paul’s first visit, the wet grass had been cut back, shrubs pruned and weeds removed. Paul and his colleague came to my father’s garden to carry out a big tidy up. They are very hardworking and did a great job cutting back a very overgrown hedge, tidying borders, mowing and clearing away all the waste afterwards. Also great communication, emails and text answered promptly too
