Here’s our weekend… Partially entertaining at first then busy with a chainsaw on top of the hedge.

Not a huge but quite overgrown leylandii hedge with narrow access to the back garden.
Hedge reduction and trim on both sides and top.
2 trailers worth of green waste.. there was a bit of a surprise when we started picking up cut,dead branches from inside it..
Turned out whoever trimmed that hedge in the past had tucked all the branches in the crown, so we had like double ther amount of waste to dispose off.
Nevertheless job done, client happy, even very happy..
Just to say thank you to Paul for doing a really great job for me, for a good price and at short notice on the weekend before Christmas – was able to put my light up afterwards and it looks awesome. Thanks again Paul! 🙂

We moved into our property last year and the garden needed some immediate attention. We started doing it ourselves but it soon became apparent that it needed some professional attention. I started looking around for local trustworthy gardeners and as soon as I saw Paul’s website I knew he would be the company I wanted to use. Not only were the already submitted testimonials great, but the pictures spoke for themselves. I contacted Paul and he replied straight away and popped round for a chat. He came out with some great suggestions and we agreed to go ahead. When I came home after the work had finished I was absolutely amazed. I was expecting a cut back and tidy but the job he did was brilliant. Not only did he do the job agreed, but he did so much more. I had an overgrown garden where trees had merged into one. I couldn’t see where one plant started and the next one ended!
We needed help and Paul was on hand to help! We arranged a visit within a few days and fortunately Paul could fit us in just a few days after that.
The end product is a thinned out space where we can now plant some small shrubs. Paul gave me some ideas about what we could plant.

Great work on difficult hedges Paul and colleague did a superb job trimming back a long run of mixed bushes that had been in place over 30 years. We wanted them cut back in size for easier trimming, and Paul first advised us what to do and warned us how it would look for a few months until the leaves grew back. Front lawn landscaped Paul recently re-landscaped my front lawn. He removed so serious hard to get tree stumps, levelled out the ground, relaid the lawn and finished off by doing some pave edgings for some rose bushes. The quality of his work was really good and he even started the work on the Easter Monday Bank Holiday. Absolutely fantastic gardener I live in central Reading and needed trees removing, bushes removing, and other bits.
The guys did a fantastic job. They not only did exactly what I wanted but went further – they hauled out bits of cement and took away extra stuff that I hadn’t realised I would need removing.

Landscaping, decking & path removal, new patio laid Paul and Eddie did a fantastic job of our back garden. We had a large area of uneven ground that we needed levelling, an old concrete path to pull up and a large old decking area to remove. Excellent quality, efficient and conciencous TidyGardens came in to fell 5 mid sized conifers, install a section of high quality trellis (supplied by them), and to do a general clean up and tidy of what was a quite messy front and back garden that we inherited from the previous owners.

Hard work and expertise My garden had become quite overgrown and I was looking for a gardening team who have all the powertools, and can take the waste away, and who also know their plants. Paul and team were the only ones I found who could do this and they did a wonderful job.
My paths have been cleaned, stumps ground, borders cleared of weeds and ivy and everything has been pruned.
Paul had some excellent ideas for other things we could do to improve the garden which I am sure I will take him up on very soon.
