Over two days we have completed this returfing job in Tilehurst / Reading
Returfing around 80m2 but also flattening future lawn areas and creating two flower beds separated with some oak sleepers.
Today we visited this garden again to do some planting. Being a rented property we needed something easy yet still attractive.
Choice has been accepted and Lonicera Baggesen’s gold have been supplied and planted by us. As these grows they will create a low, dense green carpet. No need for lots of hated weeding and very easy to trim too.

I was searching for someone to help get my garden ready for the summer and allow me a little more time to enjoy it! Upon meeting Paul for the initial quote, he was full of ideas and enthusiasm and to my surprise said he could start three days later.
Paul and his wing man turned up promptly in sub zero temperatures and worked with speed, focus and accuracy for two full days.
They re-did the entire rear fence, cleared substantial overgrown areas, removed one tree stump and one full tree whilst pruning the very over grown apple tree.
My entire decking was cleaned, lawn mown, shrubs and bushes trimmed, brambles stripped and every element of rubbish removed. The transformation was fantastic ..
I could not recommend Paul high enough and look forward to having him back to help advise and plant my new shrubs and flowers over the coming weeks.
Thanks Paul.

Patio repointing
Proud of this quick but so beautifully finished patio pointing job in Reading. We haven’t laid the patio, but were asked to repoint it as whoever did lay it, put just a very weak mortar in joints. However even if that was a stronger mix it wouldn’t solve the issue. Cement / sand mix as a pointing compound is a cheapest option but never a quality one. Mortar cracks and crumbles .. You need a special pointing compound which we used here and use on many other landscaping projects that we do. It is not cheap but long lasting and very effective.
It is not our first job in this garden. In the past we relaid part of the lawn, scarified and reseeded the rest, laid brick edging, created a new flower bed including planting of our choice.

We moved recently and the small garden was very overgrown. However, with the help of Paul and Eddie we now have a completely renovated garden with new patio areas, lawn and flower beds. We are so pleased with the result. Paul and Eddie worked tirelessly and were extremely professional. Paul is quite knowledgeable about plants and garden design and they both took great pride in their work. We would definitely recommend them.
